Role: Customer Support Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing order-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with order status, delivery, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery issues
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team when required
- Maintain accurate customer and order-related records
- Provide customers with clear and timely information
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order journey
- Prepare and maintain daily customer support reports

Requirements




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
- Freshers can apply
- Previous customer support/telecalling experience will be an advantage
