Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Experience: Freshers to 8 years (Sales or Customer Support)

Salary: 25,000 35,000 CTC

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time, In office)

Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage client communication and ensure smooth and productive service delivery.



This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, detailoriented, and committed to providing an excellent client experience.

Requirements Skills

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve client concerns and follow up on pending issues

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution

Maintain proper documentation and update records using CRM tools Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

08 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable working with computers and digital tools

Preferred: Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala, Bangalore

Salary Benefits

25,000 35,000 CTC per month (based on experience) + performance incentives
