About the Opportunity

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a brand-current international e-commerce seller support process in Pune.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global e-commerce process and interact with international sellers through chat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer/seller support through international chat process.
- Handle seller queries related to e-commerce operations, account-related concerns, orders, listings, payments and other platform-related issues.
- Understand seller concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain excellent written communication with international sellers.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and escalation procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and resolution quality.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Document interactions accurately in the relevant systems.





Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice/Chat process.
- Previous experience in E-commerce Seller Support is mandatory.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from office in Kharadi, Pune.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirements.
