Customer Success Manager - Energy & Maritime Intelligence - Delhi - 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of experience in energy markets, shipping, ports, commodity trade, or related domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong market research, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to convert complex energy and maritime data into clear business insights. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, data visualization, and customer-facing roles will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

1. Extracting and analyzing insights on Indias seaborne energy trade across crude oil, LNG, LPG, refined products, coal, and emerging fuels.
2. Tracking import and export trends, commodity movements, trade routes, vessel activity, and cargo flows across Indian ports.
3. Monitoring global and regional supply-demand developments impacting Indian energy and maritime trade.
4. Supporting policy and strategic decision-making by sharing relevant research on ports, shipping, coastal movement, and maritime logistics.
5. Assessing the impact of geopolitical developments, sanctions, supply disruptions, and global price volatility on Indian maritime trade.
6. Mapping commodity-wise cargo movement and identifying high-growth segments across major and non-major Indian ports.
7. Monitoring tanker, dry bulk, LNG carrier, and container freight trends, including vessel availability, congestion, freight rates, and route economics.
8.



Tracking developments in green hydrogen, green ammonia, methanol, biofuels, LNG bunkering, and alternative marine fuels.
9. Developing monthly dashboards, weekly market briefs, port-wise trackers, executive summaries, scenario analyses, and briefing decks.
10. Presenting complex market intelligence in clear and actionable formats for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Possessing 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, energy markets, shipping, ports, commodity trade, or related domains.
2. Holding a postgraduate degree in Economics, Energy, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Demonstrating robust knowledge of energy markets, shipping, ports, freight, or commodity trade analysis.
4. Possessing strong analytical, research, reporting, and market intelligence skills.
5. Demonstrating excellent written and verbal English communication with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
6. Having experience with Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, or data visualization will be an advantage.
7. Understanding API and cloud solution concepts, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. Possessing familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in customer success will be an advantage.
9. Demonstrating strong organizational, time management, presentation,



and problem-solving skills.
10. Being willing to travel within India as required.
