Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about GETSETFIT’s services and offerings. The specialist will handle issue resolution, guide customers through product features, and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Day-to-day tasks include documenting interactions, escalating complex queries to the appropriate team, gathering feedback, and contributing to service improvements.



The role involves working closely with operations and coaching teams to coordinate customer communications and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Ability to foster positive interactions and outcomes, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
- Professional communication skills, including clear Phone Etiquette and courteous interaction styles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in fitness, wellness, or digital services sectors.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
- High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
