Role Description The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full time hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing clear information about Scrollwell’s training programs and services.

The representative will guide prospective educators through the enrollment process, follow up on leads, and support sales initiatives to meet defined targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring a positive, professional experience at every touchpoint. The role also requires monitoring feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service,



and contributing to customer retention and growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, persuasion, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, empathetic, and concise interaction across phone, email, and online channels.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and accurate record-keeping in CRM or similar tools.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and comfort with online platforms, office productivity tools, and remote collaboration technologies.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or education-related services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Patna, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate within a diverse, mission-driven team.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage; equivalent practical experience in customer-facing roles will also be considered.
