Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information through phone calls or emails.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless order execution and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in an industrial environment or similar industry.
- Proficiency in SAP SD module for sales order processing and management.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles for efficient order taking and processing.
