? Position: Customer Service Executive

? Location: Hyderabad

? Experience: 0–2 Years,

? Education: Any Graduation

? Salary: Up to ₹ 4.6 LPA

? Freshers: ₹ 2.4 LPA

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and email
- Provide timely, accurate, and skilled responses
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Support initiatives to improve customer experience and service delivery

? Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of banking products and processes
- Proficiency in typing and MS Office




- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service

B.Tech freshers are not eligible for this requirement.
