: Customer Sales Executive – Loan Settlement (BFSI)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory) + Hindi/English

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month in-hand fixed + applicable performance incentives

Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Sales Executive with prior BFSI experience — specifically in selling unsecured loans (personal loans, credit cards, or similar products) — to join our sales team. This is a client-facing consultative sales role where you'll guide financially stressed individuals through our debt settlement program, from initial consultation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound leads and conduct structured discovery calls to understand a client's debt situation
- Explain our debt settlement process, fee structure, and program benefits clearly and compliantly
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients (token collection, agreement closure)
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM




- Work closely with the credit analysis and legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably selling unsecured loans (personal loans, credit cards, or consumer durable loans)
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; working proficiency in Hindi/English required
- Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana at own expense — no relocation support provided
- Solid communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high call volumes
- Basic understanding of loan/credit products and repayment cycles
- Graduate preferred, not mandatory

Compensation:

- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand fixed salary per month
- Applicable performance-based incentives on top of fixed pay
