Urban Kada is looking for a Female Customer Sales Associate who is confident, customer-focused, and passionate about sales.

Location: India

Position: Customer Sales Associate

Gender: Female

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Working: 6 days a week

Languages: Punjabi, Hindi & English

Working Hours – Canadian Shift

Candidates should be comfortable working in Canadian business hours:

Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships




- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months of sales experience

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi & English

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset

Positive follow-up and lead-conversion skills

Comfortable working Canadian shifts
