MGF Events Pvt. Ltd. is an event management company specializing in corporate, social, private, and customized events. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, understand customer requirements, and be able to maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey with the company.

Job Summary The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their event requirements, providing timely assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about MGF Events' services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, event planning, and operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Keep clients updated regarding event planning, services, schedules, and other relevant details.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.




- Ensure timely follow-up with clients before, during, and after events.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Represent MGF Events positively and professionally in all customer interactions.

- Minimum qualification: Degree in any discipline.
