Soni Kishor Kumar Babulal Jewellers is a family-owned jewellery house established in 1946, now in its 80th year — dealing in gold, diamond, and silver jewellery from our Raipur showroom. We're looking for a warm, organised Customer Relationship Executive to be the bridge between our customers and our team.

About the role

You'll own the customer relationship after they walk in — keeping our customer data clean, following up so no lead goes cold, running our WhatsApp and loyalty communication, and making sure every customer feels remembered. It's a mix of data, phone, and digital work, so you'll need to be equally comfortable with a spreadsheet and a warm conversation.

What you'll do

Customer relationship & data

- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date — contact details, purchase history, occasions, preferences, and value tier
- Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges on the floor — resolve at first touch where possible
- Log every interaction (visit, call, WhatsApp) with clear notes and next steps

Follow-up & outbound calls

- Make personalised calls for occasions, current collections, festival offers, and event invitations
- Follow up on interested customers and lapsed customers (12+ months) so no lead goes cold
- Record call outcomes and scheduled callbacks

WhatsApp & digital engagement





- Manage the business WhatsApp — respond within 2 hours during working hours
- Send personalised, on-brand messages for occasions, launches, and offers
- Respond to Instagram/Facebook comments and DMs the same business day

Loyalty & events
- Support the Golden Circle Loyalty Programme — enrolments, tiers, and benefits
- Coordinate customer outreach for festival and collection campaigns
- Explain schemes, track maturity dates, and contact customers before schemes mature

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years in a customer-facing role — jewellery, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
- Warm, confident phone manner and clean, disciplined record-keeping
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
- Graduate preferred
