About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team . She would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving issues, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Coordinate with the respective project Directors and site engineers for any issues related to site and customers .
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up .
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve customer experience.




- Coordination of Maintenance at Site(Rectification/ Maintenance issues pre & Post Possession).
- Follow of Maintenance Dues and Coordination of Budgeting for Maintenance with the Directors
- Coordination for Modification & Mutation related work for the customers :Calls & Mails
- Application for CESC & WBSEDCL and coordinate for Maintenance Handover to Society.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Valuable negotiation and presentation skills.
- Should be able to speak English ,Hindi and Bengali
- Should have basic Knowledge of Autocad .
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
