Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) | B2B Export | Jaipur | 5-8 Years Experience

Pinkcity Jewelhouse, a leading fine jewellery manufacturing and export house serving international clients across the US, UK, EU and Australia, is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to own our global B2B client relationships.

This is not a support role. You will be the primary point of contact for high-value international buyers, responsible for building long-term trust and turning one-time orders into repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end relationships with international B2B clients across the US, UK, EU and Australia

? Act as the single point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and account management

? Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

? Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and production teams to align on client needs

? Prepare regular reports on client status,



feedback and market trends for management

? Develop and execute customer retention strategies to improve loyalty

? Provide clients with product guidance and support to maximize their experience

Requirements

✔️ 5-8 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, B2B, or export-facing roles

✔️ Excellent English communication, written and verbal

✔️ Proven experience managing international client accounts

✔️ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

✔️ Robust problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
