- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about services.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team with day-to-day front-office and customer-service activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
