Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build strong client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
