About the Role

We are hiring Relationship Associates for our finance company partner. The role involves customer acquisition, product sales, relationship management, and assisting customers in selecting suitable financial products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products including Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and other financial solutions offered by the partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers through calls, digital channels, references, and assigned leads.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Sell financial products such as:
- Personal & Business Loans
- Insurance Products
- Credit Cards
- Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Other financial products offered by the partner
- Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, pricing, and applicable terms to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into successful applications.
- Assist customers throughout the application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, verification, approval, and disbursement/issuance.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/HRMS or other designated systems.




- Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities comply with company policies and applicable processes.
- Provide a professional customer experience and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, fintech, credit cards, loans, or financial product sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, WhatsApp, email, and CRM applications.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.

Work From Home – Additional Requirements For WFH positions, candidates should have:
- A smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Laptop/desktop where required for CRM and reporting.
- Reliable internet connectivity.
- A professional and distraction-free working environment.
- Ability to independently manage customer calls and follow-ups.
