CRM Executive – Student Shield
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents and handle their queries professionally.
- Explain Student Shield plans, advantages, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with parents and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain call records and customer data in Excel.
- Achieve assigned follow-up and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident in speaking with and handling parents.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Additional skills in Canva, AI tools, or CRM software will be an added advantage.
