We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage incoming leads, connect with interested customers, understand their requirements, and provide them with the necessary information.
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads generated by the company.
- Speak with customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about our products/services.
- Coordinate with the internal team to address customer queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
