? **Role Overview We are l o oking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Associate to handle student counselling, lead management, and promotional activities. The role involves converting leads into admissions and supporting the marketing operations of CADBIM Centre.

? **Preferred Qualifications Candidat e s with an MBA, any degree, or engineering background (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) are encouraged to apply.

CRM updates, daily follow-up reports, and admission records.



Achieve m onthly admission targets and contribute to center growth. Build st r ong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-up communication.

Qualifications Excellen t communication and interpersonal skills. Strong s a les and counselling ability. Basic ma r keting knowledge (digital marketing awareness is a plus). Good com m and of English, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi adds advantage.
