We are looking for an energetic and proactive Customer Support & Operations Intern / Executive who will work closely with the founders, interact with customers, assist with business operations, and contribute to scaling our healthcare operations.

## Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and build strong, long-term relationships
- Gather and analyze critical customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Assist with day-to-day business and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams across customer support, operations, production, sales, and business development
- Support customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and follow-ups




- Occasionally visit hospitals and client locations for product demonstrations or customer support
- Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives
