Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Handle luxury clients with precision, poise, passion

- Coordinate with Service Advisors Technicians

- Manage digital appointment flow, feedback, and delight

- Deliver every car like it's a red-carpet handover

Qualifications

- Graduate (BBA / BMS / Hospitality / Mass Comm / Arts)

- 3-6 years in high-end service industry (luxury hotels,



airlines, premium auto brands)

- Age: 25 to 40 years

- Fluent English, email etiquette, CRM tools, warm smile a must

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling HNIs, CEOs, Expats, Celebs

- CRM Software (AutoBooom / Autorox / Salesforce)

- WhatsApp Business AI Chat Assist tools

- Knowledge of luxury car service processes

- DMS systems
