Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, handle customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely completion of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support and assistance.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and assigned processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer and process-related records.
- Update and maintain information in CRM and other systems.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and quality standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Mandatory Skills

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Eligibility

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 5 backlogs/arrears are also eligible to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support, BPO, operations, or back-office roles will be an added advantage.
