We are hiring a Customer Care & Phone Sales Executive for an international women's fashion e-commerce brand serving customers in the USA.

This is not a general customer support role. We are looking for a candidate who has hands-on experience speaking with US customers over the phone and generating sales through customer conversations.

The ideal candidate should have previously worked with an international clothing, fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brand, understand customer buying behavior, and be confident enough to recommend products, handle objections, and close sales.

What You Will Do

Customer Support

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a high-quality shopping experience.

Phone Sales
- Convert customer inquiries and calls into confirmed sales/orders.
- Recommend relevant dresses and products based on customer requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable products wherever appropriate.
- Handle customer objections related to price, sizing, product availability, shipping, etc.
- Follow up with potential customers and recover missed sales opportunities.
- Work toward daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Order & Customer Management
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Update CRM/order-management systems after customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, orders, shipping, returns, and customer issues.
- Maintain daily call, sales, and customer-service reports.
- Follow company processes and maintain professional communication standards.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience handling US customers/clients.
- Previous experience working in a US shift / US night shift.
- Proven hands-on experience in phone sales / tele-sales / inside sales.
- Experience working with an international clothing, fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brand.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong confidence and professionalism while speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products effectively.
- Strong objection-handling and sales-conversion skills.
- Comfortable working full time from our Mohali office.

Ideal Candidate Profile The right candidate will ideally have worked for a:
- US-based fashion or clothing brand
- International women's apparel brand
- Fashion e-commerce company
- Shopify clothing store serving US customers
- Online dress/fashion retailer
- International customer service or inside-sales team

Experience selling dresses, women's apparel, formal wear, occasion wear, or fashion products will be an added advantage.

Candidates who have only domestic customer-service experience, have not handled US customers, have not worked in a US shift, or have no phone-sales experience will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who can confidently speak with US customers, understand their fashion requirements, provide the right product recommendations, and turn customer conversations into sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
