Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Login: 9 Hours

Break: 1 Hour

Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break

Requirements

Basic English communication skills

Positive listening and communication skills

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Handle customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate customer information and call records
