Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through email support.
- Provide accurate and professional responses within the defined TAT.
- Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex queries and escalations.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduation mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of Non-Voice/Email Support experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.




- English + any one regional language preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.

Key Skills
- Excellent email drafting and written communication.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and CRM/ticketing tools.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary

Around ₹23,000 CTC / ₹22,500 take-home per month, based on the recent ATHER non-voice listing; compensation can vary by hiring drive and profile.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
