Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are successfully resolved.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, processes, and policies.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.




- Meet assigned customer service, response time, and resolution targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, BPO, Telecalling, or Helpdesk is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Good English communication.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹9,866.04 - ₹27,935.40 per month
