We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to assist patients with calls, enquiries, and appointment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Attend patient calls and respond to basic enquiries.
- Assist with appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmation.
- Share basic information about clinic services.
- Maintain call and appointment details.
- Coordinate with the clinic team when required.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers can apply.
- Tamil communication is required.
- Basic English and computer knowledge.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,866.04 - ₹30,935.40 per month
Work Location: In person
