Customer Care Executive | Hidesign

Hidesign is looking for a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent our premium brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Resolve queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure effective closure.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain high service standards.

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Care/Customer Service/Retail/E-commerce.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive and qualified attitude.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
