Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to generated leads .
- Verify lead details, contact information, business requirements, and intent.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads as required and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-verification targets.
- Record call outcomes, customer responses,



and relevant remarks accurately.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team and hand over qualified leads.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Achieve defined daily/weekly calling, verification, and productivity targets.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making rigorous/high-volume outbound calls every day.
- Good listening, probing, and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Ability to handle repetitive calling while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, lead verification, inside sales, or BPO will be an advantage.
