Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Permanent WFH(Gurugram)
Qualification: Graduate
International Voice experience minimum 1 year
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Manage post-booking queries seats, baggage, check-in & flight-related concerns
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
- Resolve customer concerns with strong First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Achieve CSAT, AHT, Quality & Productivity targets
- Drive revenue through effective upselling
- Handle escalations with empathy and ownership
- Ensure 100% adherence to processes, SOPs & basic hygiene requirements
