Eligibility:

- Graduates – Freshers can apply.
- Undergraduates – Minimum 6 months of customer service experience mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good typing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain excellent customer service and quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer issues.

Cab Facility:

- Two-way cab facility available as per company policy.
- If not eligible for cab, ₹4600 additional cab support will be provided, as applicable.
