Profile - Customer Account Manager

Exp - 2-4 Years

Location - Ahmedabad (SHANTIGRAM)

Ctc – upto 8 LPA (Depends on Interview)

Working - 9:30 to 6:30 to 10 to 7 pm (2 Saturday holiday)

Responsibilities

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customer accounts.

Build strong relationships with plant operations, production, logistics, and management teams.

Conduct monthly review meetings and present performance reports.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

Monitor daily operations of RFID-based automation systems deployed at customer plants.

Track system health, alerts, exceptions, and operational KPIs.

Coordinate with support, development, and implementation teams for issue resolution.

Understand RFID readers, tags, handheld devices, weighbridges, vehicle tracking, and material movement processes.

Monitor automation workflows related to dispatch, gate management, weighment.

Coordinate new deployments, enhancements,



and change requests.

Analyze operational and business data.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Support account revenue collection, growth and renewal activities.

Gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancements.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and management skills.

Robust understanding of RFID technology and industrial automation.

Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or plant operations.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and customers.

Preferred Experience

RFID implementation and support projects.

Manufacturing, Steel, Mining, Cement, Chemical, or Logistics industries.

Industrial IoT (IIoT), Automation, Fleet Management, or Asset Tracking solutions.

Customer-facing operational roles.
