Summary

AI Platform Engineer Specialist who is able to design and develop end to end use cases, acts as the senior resource who checks other team members technical designs & implementations. The Primary skill is data & AI rather than the functional Context (e.g. development, testing etc), a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery.

The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine,



fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
