- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical teams through complex software development cycles.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
