- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects on time.
- Ability to evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and system performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless collaboration between different software components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
