- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster qualified growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
