Role: Application Lead / Workday Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Workday integrations to lead the design, development, configuration, and delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, build and configuration of applications
- Act as the primary technical point of contact
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across teams
- Guide and manage team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions




- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure application quality
- Align applications with business and technical requirements

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations
- Solid hands-on experience with Workday integrations
- Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of application design principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder-management skills
