Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and maintain explicit communication channels within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
- Solid understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with integrating monitoring tools into custom software environments.
