- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in software development using up-to-date frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Capability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
