The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Robust knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration within Spring Boot applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in Spring Boot environments.
- Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Spring Boot applications.
