Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.

- Document software designs, processes, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.

- Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using Dynatrace APM tools.

- Ability to analyze system metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks and optimize software performance.

- Familiarity with integrating application performance monitoring into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills related to application performance and reliability.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
