As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Solid knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
- Familiarity with integration of Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Understanding of performance optimization and debugging techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
