Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA databases.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise applications.
- Ability to work with integration technologies and understand data flow between SAP modules and external systems.
- Experience in developing and enhancing user interfaces using SAP UI5 or similar technologies.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
