- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Strong experience in designing and developing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and best coding practices.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
