Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve software development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Ability to optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Additional Information
