- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of access control models and security frameworks within enterprise software.
- Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and policies in Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of security protocols in custom software development.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and data protection standards relevant to human capital management systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
