- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Strong knowledge of data transformation and pipeline development.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot large-scale data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Competence in writing productive, maintainable, and scalable code.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
