ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of application performance and reliability, fostering collaboration across teams to meet project goals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software design with project objectives.
- Document design processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Design for Testability (DFT).
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and integration of testability features into software design.
- Experience with debugging and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve design issues.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategies to improve test coverage and fault detection.
- Familiarity with hardware-software interaction to optimize test processes and ensure robust application performance.
