- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback into future development cycles. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and integration techniques related to

IoT solutions.

- Ability to design and implement scalable software components that interact with hardware and cloud services.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in IoT environments such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance within distributed systems.
